Navigation & Customer Journey Research

Understand how our users navigate the Aesop site is critical to understand how we might better service them at different stages of the journey. As such we need to investigate how users journey’s differ from device to device as well as the impacts of customers in various locations, geo specific idiosyncrasies are ever present on our site.

Sustainability & Aesop

Working with the sustainability team I developed a series of workshops to discover user impacts and expectations of Aesop’s digital presence. We covered a wide variety of topics and challenges from onsite messaging to packaging of our delivery systems.
