Working along side the Product Manager for Redbubble’s iOS App, we hypothesised two key pain points for users. The first being on the web version Redbubble users have the ability to bundles items to save money, this feature did not exist on the iOS version. Secondly, there was no way for users to favourite items to then purchase later. I worked to develop designs rapidly after which I worked with the UX research team validate the designs. Whilst moving on with additional work I was a point of contact for the engineers should they have any questions after hand off.

Discount Messaging

User receives a note about bundling more items to get a discount.

If user does not take up the offer, in the cart they receive a simple ‘Available Discounts’ tab. Which takes back to the category those discounts are available in.

Once the user has applied a discount, we then tell them about this in the cart.
