A very well established foothold in the digital conveyancing market, streamlining property transfers for thousands of Australians across a majority of states. Together we develop a User Journey Map to reflect the combine path of their clients.

An Australia Sports Organisation, UX Consultant at Transpire
As the UX designer in a product team we developed a new iOS app that allows for a couch of a sport team to capture data on players, plan games and training and communicate back with the larger sporting organisation. Over three months I conducted and synthesised research, designed and tested a iOS application using a mixture of native and customer components. Finally, I assisted developers and QA with the building and testing of the application.

Inclusive Design Talk, A11y Bytes
Alongside my colleague, Lucy Serret, I presented at the 2021 A11y Bytes Conference. Our presentation was around how to improve the inclusiveness of the research practice to ensure it’s accessible to all.

Working as a part of the product team for 3 months to help deliver key objectives around key account customer experience as well as a major digital research piece focusing on customers using online tools to help budget when taking tolls.

User testing, specifically in the realm of accessibility. Over the course of four weeks we ran extensive amount of testing with a Point of Sale machine working with a variety of participants that have identified with either a vision or hearing impairment, a dexterity condition or lastly a neurodiversity.

As an embedded member of a product team, my role has been to use a cyclical design process to research, define solution of features that will optimise the e commerce experience of the Aesop site. In addition to this I acted as a conduit between the digital and marketing teams my role is to ensure the digital aspect of the immersive omnichannel campaign is as impactful and effective as possible
